[gn][minfs] Silence size_t->uin32_t in fs-host bcache test

The upcoming gn build is less lenient and reports:

../system/utest/fs-host/util.cpp:73:62: warning: implicit conversion loses integer precision: 'size_t' (aka 'unsigned long') to 'uint32_t' (aka 'unsigned int') [-Wshorten-64-to-32]
    if (minfs::Bcache::Create(&block_cache, std::move(disk), size) < 0) {
        ~~~~~                                                ^~~~
minfs appears to only expect/care about uint32_t, so silence the warning
with a static_cast.
