[fidl][llcpp] Regenerate llcpp bindings code in fidl-llcpp-interop tests These were not updated together with the change to generate move constructors for unions. Regenerating them exposed an issue that all llcpp unions become move-only, despite some having all copy constructible payloads. This is tracked in FIDL-602.
