[blobfs] Separate LoadVmosFromDisk().

There are three different code pats for Blob::LoadVmosFromDisk: the new
paged path, the old paged path, and the unpaged path. These have
diverged sufficiently that maintaining all three in one function is
getting too complicated.

This patch separates out the three different cases to separate
functions. There is some slight duplicated code but not much, and I
think this is much more readable. The new paged path needs some more
significant changes which will cause these to diverge more in the
future.

Fuchsia

Pink + Purple == Fuchsia (a new operating system)

What is Fuchsia?

Fuchsia is a modular, capability-based operating system. Fuchsia runs on modern 64-bit Intel and ARM processors.

Fuchsia is an open source project with a code of conduct that we expect everyone who interacts with the project to respect.
