[fshost] build integration test disk with fake block device Instead of using a ramdisk in an isolated devmgr, use a fake block device implementation hosted by the test fixture, and the new gpt and fvm components. This removes the need for a devfs instance in the top level test component entirely. Individual realm-builder test realms made by each test fixture still have their own driver test realms, since non-storage-host fshost configurations still use it extensively.
