[diagnostics-bridge] Refactor diagnostics-bridge for testing needs.

In particular the ArchiveManagerReader trait is now an extension trait
that contains the implementation for serving an iterator. This becomes
useful to the testing use cases where we already have a
`ServerEnd<ArchiveIterator>` that we need to bind.

Tested: no new functionality, existing tests should cover this
