[input] Move HID to codepoint conversion to keymap.rs Codepoint conversion is part of keymap anyways, so it seems like a logical move, that reduces the clutter in keyboard events a bit. Also allows me to reuse the keyboard mapping where necessary. Some prefactoring to clear the code up for key meaning population.
