[fidl][docs] Add updated Rust tutorial

Also removes the FIDL Rust crates page. Part of that document
is now covered by the "FIDL Rust Crates" tutorial, and the
other part is covered by
https://fuchsia.dev/fuchsia-src/development/languages/fidl/guides/generated-code
