[driver][compat] Remove metadata size limit Make the device server not check if metadata being added is less than 8192 bytes. This size check is unnecessary and in a future CL the GPIO controller metadata (associated with DEVICE_METADATA_GPIO_CONTROLLER) will exceed that limit.
