[modular][basemgr_launcher] Remove timeout hack Removing this timout will let basemgr_launcher hang indefinitely. Since basemgr_launcher hosts configurations for basemgr and sessionmgr when it's used, this will allow users to also run `fx shell sessionctl restart_session` after using the launcher. fxb/34949 Change-Id: I0da1f6c74d3e1311033a897010c811a3de1f0c08
