[vim3][board] Make BTI numbers unique Some unrelated nodes in the vim3 devicetree currently share BTI numbers, which means that a driver crashing could prevent the other drivers with the same BTI from pinning VMOs. This change makes BTI numbers unique in the vim3 devicetree to prevent this. Test: vim3-devicetree-test Bug: 373696695 Change-Id: Id7993ec75ba7474730d70d519a4d152f0deaae8d Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1144655 Reviewed-by: Sam Hansen <hansens@google.com> Commit-Queue: Braden Kell <bradenkell@google.com>
