[docs][driver] Delete the banjo tutorial.

Banjo has been deprecated and banjo libraries are being deleted.

The banjo tutorial is very outdated: it contains references to
multiple files that have been deleted; it's also not fully compliant
with the Fuchsia documentation style.

Now, we are deleting the i2cimpl banjo library to which this tutorial
refers as an example.

Instead of replacing i2cimpl with another banjo library (like what
was done in I7daae1186c66ea4052d690409a4647e4d39dcc70), we should
completely delete this tutorial.
