[fdf] Convert fake_ddk to no_ddk.

In preparation for migration to the mock_ddk
library, any tests that do not instantiate
objects defined in fake_ddk are being moved
to the no_ddk library.  The functionality will
remain unchanged.  For more info, see:
Fake_DDK_Upgrade_Roadmap.md
