[zircon] Fix broken xHCI bindings for x86 systems that don't support XDC

Currently, status is set to the value returned by xdc_bind, which causes xHCI to not bind
if the board does not support XDC. XDC is an optional extension to xHCI and the driver
should still function if no XDC support is present.

Test: Boot on a board with no XDC support. Validate that xHCI works properly
and USB devices enumerate.
