[drivers][board] Delete as370 av400 buckeye clover pinecrest imx8mmevk

Delete board drivers for unsupported hardware, as well as any
dependencies on them. Other references to the boards themselves, as well
as drivers that are only used on them, still remain and can be removed
in follow-up changes.
