[docs] Suggest fx repro instead of manually setting args.gn The args.gn contents here are only valid as long as they're kept in-sync with what fint produces, and they had long fallen out-of-sync. `fx repro` is now the preferred way to exactly reproduce an infra build's GN args locally.
