[f2fs] Removes unnecessary methods

This CL removes the legacy methods
of VnodeF2fs to get block addrs from

fs::RemoteConnection, and implements simple
one only for directories. Also, it removes
unnecessary methods, and fixes recursive
locking in SegmentManager::GcDataSegment().
