[goldfish-display] Remove multi-display handling logic. Change I2116bf1b0681deac84a580f542ad50a4e5629298 removed the multi-display configuration boot arguments from the goldfish-display driver. This change removes all the multi-display handling logic from the display engine driver. The engine driver now only accepts display configs with the primary display as the only display device.
