[fuchsia-component-test] Prevent destructuring of RealmInstance Destructuring `RealmInstance` to get at the contained `ScopedInstance` is common, but causes the `MocksRunner` to be dropped. This leads to unexpected test failures. Prevent this by implementing an empty Drop impl on `RealmInstance`.
