[io][conformance] Return NodeInfo::Vmofile for VMO files in rust vfs This fixes a small bug in the Rust VFS's Describe method and OnOpen event for VMO files. It now correctly returns NodeInfo::Vmofile for these, instead of NodeInfo::File, which it was previously doing.
