[run-test-suite] Save artifacts in output directory

Adds support for saving artifacts to the output directory.
This now records any stdout froma test per-case.

Running
ffx component test --experimental-output-directory test-output fuchsia-pkg://fuchsia.com/run_test_suite_integration_tests#meta/log_ansi_test.cm
produces three files,

test-output/run_summary.json (mostly unchanged)
