[honeydew] Cleanup READMEs

- Many changes were made to honeydew since last few months and README got out-of-sync
- Simplified the main README to include just the steps that more widely used
- Created additional READMEs for interactive usage and coding guidelines
- Simplified the functional and unit test READMEs
