[zircon] Add CDC Ethernet tests to the USB Virtual Bus test suite

This patch adds CDC Ethernet tests to the USB Virtual Bus test suite.

It also fixes a bug where a VMO can be accessed by a MAC driver
after the Ethernet (core) driver is unbound prior to its parent.
