[minfs] Rename 'promise' to 'reservation' Promise is an overloaded term within the filesystem, meaning two different things: 1) A unit of asynchronous execution, 2) A contract with an allocator that a later allocation will succeed without error. This patch renames case (2) to "reservation". Bug: 38229 Change-Id: I32ad2b116129a8836084e5508df0cd6d9189bc48
