[audio] Test 'Health' driver protocol Add a test case for fuchsia.hardware.audio.Health. Enable it for all tested audio driver types (StreamConfig, Dai and Composite). This enables 'audio_driver_tests' coverage for Dai drivers, as it is the first test case to target that driver type.
