[aml-rawnand] refactor for testing

Performs some refactoring necessary in order to make the aml-rawnand
driver more testable. This only adds a few tests to start since it's
already becoming a fairly large change, but hopefully future tests will
be easier with this baseline in place.

Bug: 35747
Test: unittests pass on QEMU
Test: pave still works on Astro
