[sysmem] fidl::Client -> fidl::WireSharedClient

fidl::Client is deprecated
(https://groups.google.com/a/fuchsia.dev/g/fidl-dev/c/3YZjomd_qHs).

This CL updates sysmem_driver::Device and ExternalMemoryAllocator to use
fidl::WireSharedClient, since it looks like the event loop could be
joined from an arbitrary thread on driver unbinding.

It also simplifies the logic for unregistering a heap allocator. It
looks like the logic within
`std::unique_ptr<async::Wait> wait_for_close_;` could be folded into the
destruction of the event handler (happens when the WireSharedClient has
torn down).

Fuchsia

Pink + Purple == Fuchsia (a new operating system)

What is Fuchsia?

Fuchsia is a modular, capability-based operating system. Fuchsia runs on modern 64-bit Intel and ARM processors.

Fuchsia is an open source project with a code of conduct that we expect everyone who interacts with the project to respect.
