[virtualization][tests] Restore arch-independent hypervisor_tests. Changeset 335e2b11574 reorganised the hypervisor tests, splitting out architecture-dependent tests into their own files. Unfortunately, somewhere in the shuffle the file "common_tests.cc" which contained the architecture-independent tests got dropped. Restore the file "common_tests.cc" that should have been part of 335e2b11574.
