[cmc] Remove `cm_schema.json` This schema was once used to validate JSON from cm_fidl_validator. cm_fidl_validator and cmc no longer do schema validation for CM, but instead just relies on serde to deserialize the object and catch errors. Change-Id: I190b3434f4d453d11e4958e71fcd0f8686d46d9e
