[testrunner][tefmocheck] Make ffx command failed log check more strict. Since other tests can use the ffxutil library, they might output the error log but not want to fail the test. The tefmocheck string should only match the ones produced by botanist or testrunner. I also added retries to the FFXTester's RunSnapshot() which we already have for the SSHTester as well.
