[x86][build][iwlwifi] Build Intel WiFi driver for x64 by default

Moved it from the product .gni to the board .gni file.
Also use the bundle so that wlanphy and wlan softmac drivers
are also included.

Bug: 102314
Tested: Verified that iwlwifi driver was loadded on Atlas.
        fx set workstation_eng
          (without '--args=...wlan/drivers:iwlwifi')
