[kernel][vm] Rename ProcessMapsInfoWriter to be process agnostic

Rename a few "maps info writer" related classes in preparation for a
future change.

Rename SubsetProcessMapsInfoWriter to SubsetVmarMapsInfoWriter.

Rename ProcessMapsInfoWriter to VmarMapsInfoWriter.

No functional change.
