[kms-stateless] Let tee-client-api chose svc path The tee-client-api defaults to using the "/svc/fuchsia.tee.Device" path if nullptr is passed, so specifying it is unnecessary. When fxr/366441 lands, the tee-client-api will start using "/svc/fuchsia.tee.Application.<uuid>" instead, so the hardcoded path in kms-stateless would need to be updated. By using nullptr, we can just let tee-client-api figure out the appropriate path.
