[dev][platform-bus] Add coresident_device_index parameter to CompositeDeviceAdd This gives board drivers to specify which devhost a composite device runs in. coresident_device_index is not allowed to be zero, to enforce that the new device run in a separate devhost from the platform bus. TEST: runtests -t platform-bus-test, netboot VIM2 to test ethernet. Change-Id: I8fb3187e7b5bed2c9e863fbcc614660cde7143d4
