[line_input] Reverse History Search. This is a close implementation of bash ctrl-r reverse history search. It does it by searching for an element in the history that matches the substring. It is implemented in a modal fashion, going into "reverse history" mode. TEST=Added several unit tests. fx run-host-tests line_input_tests Change-Id: I475d2c6b30bdca669b1b6b4c42428b21be6c66cc
