[ffx][component] Add `ffx component route` command

Examples (see command help for more):

```
$ ffx component route /core/font_provider
Moniker: /core/font_provider
 Capability:   fuchsia.tracing.provider.Registry (use)
     Result:   [✓] Success
     Source:   /core/trace_manager
 Capability:   fuchsia.pkg.FontResolver (use)
     Result:   [✗] Offer uses void source, so the route cannot be completed
 Capability:   config-data (use)
     Result:   [✓] Success
     Source:   /bootstrap/pkg-cache
```

This will perform routing on all the capabilities used or exposed by
`font_provider`, displaying the status (success or failure) identity of
the source component, and other metadata if applicable.

```
$ ffx component route /core/font_provider fuchsia.pkg.FontResolver
Moniker: /core/font_provider
 Capability:   fuchsia.pkg.FontResolver (use)
     Result:   [✗] Offer uses void source, so the route cannot be completed
```

This will perform routing on capabilities used or exposed by
`font_provider` that match `fuchsia.pkg.FontResolver`.
