[wlan][hw-sim] Add generated realm factory and FIDL This change adds the test realm factory and FIDL protocol generated by fx testgen. This additionally adds a test the realm factory based on the main.rs created by fx testgen. This does not introduce any functional changes to the existing hw-sim tests.
