[triage] Transition to new self-test style This CL allows the .triage file "test" entries to contain either an "inspect" field (old style) or a much simpler "values" field that is a map from value names to the value they should have for the test. This CL is a transition to fxr/401762 which will only allow "values". Since the ABT Triage library is released separately from the source tree, a soft transition is necessary. Test: fx test triage && \ cd src/diagnostics/examples/triage && \ fx triage --data bugreport --config solution Change-Id: I77fb2a6337023505382f1581c840eb148df72873 Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/401873 Reviewed-by: Yaneury Fermin <yaneury@google.com> Commit-Queue: Chris Phoenix <cphoenix@google.com> Testability-Review: Christopher Johnson <crjohns@google.com>
