[fuchsia-controller] Export Client, Server, and EventHandler class for each protocol

The dynamic Python FIDL bindings now export the Client, Server, and
EventHandler classes corresponding to each protocol from the library
being dynamically generated. Before, none of these were exported, and so
they were not available to be referenced from the module they were
created for.
