[bt][host] Fix crash when Host.Connect fails Fixed an error in the Host.Connect() implementation that caused the bt-host devhost to crash with an assertion every time an LE connection fails to get established. Added a test case to bt-host-integration-tests for Host.Connect() which catches the failure. Bug: BT-719 #done Test: bt-host-integration-tests Change-Id: I5cb72532736e814cbf15a804a2dd74881cb3d459
