[fuchsia_component] Add client::Output::ok

This change defines an ok() method on ExitStatus and Output to produce a
Result that either:
* indicates the component exited gracefully with an exit code of 0
* contains an error type that will include any captured stdout/stderr in
the debug string for that error type

Test: CQ, migrate amberctl_tests to use Output::ok()
