[roll] Roll third_party/googletest This change adjusts how `ASSERT_NEAR` and `EXPECT_NEAR` treats infinity, such that `ASSERT_NEAR(inf, inf, 0)` passes. This makes the behavior more consistent with `ASSERT_EQ(inf, inf)` which succeeds.

Some examples of asserts that now pass:
```
ASSERT_NEAR(inf, inf, 0)
ASSERT_NEAR(-inf, inf, inf)
ASSERT_NEAR(inf, x, inf)  // x is any finite floating point value
```

Fuchsia RTC Driver Repository

This repository is a based on a template repository which will be adopted automatically by OOT driver repositories.

Template repository is located in: https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/template/driver/

Getting Started

To perform an initial bootstrap, execute the following:

  1. In a terminal, clone the repository:

    git clone https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/drivers/rtc/nxp/pcf8563

  2. Change to that directory:

    cd pcf8563

  3. Fetch all git submodules:

    git submodule init && git submodule update --recursive

  4. Bootstrap the build environment:

    scripts/bootstrap.sh

  5. Fetch and build the SDK:

    tools/bazel build @fuchsia_sdk//:fuchsia_toolchain_sdk

See the getting started guide for more info.

Building And Testing Driver

The Fuchsia driver package can be built locally with:

tools/bazel build src/drivers/pcf8563:pkg

Run the full test-suite with:

tools/bazel test :tests_qemu

Run only the pcf8563 driver tests with:

tools/bazel test src/drivers/pcf8563:test_x64
