[base_shell] remove temporary async libraries. These libraries were added to facilitate a soft transition and have since landed in the normal locations. Bug: SU-147 Test: make sure base shell works. Change-Id: Ic6697e70133352afef50f75cd43e1d258d1b961b
Topaz augments system functionality by implementing interfaces defined by underlying layers. Topaz contains four major categories of software: modules, agents, shells, and runners.
