[fidl][dart] Update fidl_bindings_test README for stack trace info
This CL updates the fidl_bindings_test README to mention that failure
stack traces only show up in `fx emu` or `fx log`. `fx test` will print
the tests as they run, but it will abruptly stop after a failed test
without showing the stack trace.

Topaz
Topaz augments system functionality by implementing interfaces defined by underlying layers. Topaz contains four major categories of software: modules, agents, shells, and runners.
For example, modules include the dashboard, and runners include the Web, Dart, and Flutter runners.
