[flutter][a11y] Drop FuchsiaAccessibility I had added this class to help with testing, but it's only making things more complicated. This refactors the testing and implementation logic so that I can more easily implement hit testing in a subsequent CL. Change-Id: Iaf1605a7dc5da8df014d201fb2c9b9751e9a31a7
Topaz augments system functionality by implementing interfaces defined by underlying layers. Topaz contains four major categories of software: modules, agents, shells, and runners.
