[cleanup] remove examples/mediaplayer/*
Removes old mediaplayer example and remaining, unused dependencies:
- public/lib/mediaplayer/dart
- public/lib/mediaplayer/flutter
Integration verified with:
fx make-integration-patch

Topaz augments system functionality by implementing interfaces defined by underlying layers. Topaz contains four major categories of software: modules, agents, shells, and runners.
