[inspect][dart] Expose the Inspect Node to client code and have callers act on the Inspect node directly. This more closely matches the current usage in the C++ examples. Topaz augments system functionality by implementing interfaces defined by underlying layers. Topaz contains four major categories of software: modules, agents, shells, and runners.
