[dart][fuchsia_vfs] Remove references to removed OPEN_FLAG_STATUS This flag was removed in Zircon e72307a65ada810fa2bb7d632d294a8a279ee609 Also updates a number of tests that expected OnOpen events with status == ZX_OK and a null nodeinfo, which is invalid.
