[fidl][dart] Use struct offsets from FieldShapes This fixed a known bug in the existing union to xunion migration. Test: fx run-test fidl_binding_test Test: Will add more tests for this case in a follow up CL, but existing Test: tests pass. Delaying this because tests might be generated via Test: GIDL. TBD.
