GL3 fragment output location tests
Tests:

Includes:
+ glBindFragDataLocation
+ Layout location qualifiers
+ Use of maximum output locations
+ Binding locations at different times
- Before attaching shaders
- Before linking
- After linking
+ Mixed layout locations and bindings
+ Relinking with changing locations
+ Changing shaders and relinking
+ Dual blend indices
+ Various different types including arrays
Excludes:
+ Negative test
+ Rendering using all locations
Description:
Tests create program, bind locations at different times before and after
linking and attaching shaders. Verification is done using
glGetFragDataLocation() at different times checking that changes happen only
after relinking program.
