Fixes 64bit random values for 32bit CTS build

In 32bit build a 64bit random value is assigned
to 32bit value what cause different path of execution.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
